Trident's Lotus Notes-based Customer Service Application is designed to allow vendor organizations, especially those with multiple sites or international operations, to have a complete solution suite that includes Call Tracking, KnowledgeBase (this can be directly published to your Web page), a Marketing Feedback Data Base, and a bug or Design Problem tracking Data Base. All of this is managed by a Dictionary Data Base.

The base system has 5 Data Bases:

* KnowledgeBase
* Enhancement Ideas
* Design Problems
* DataDictionary

A second version adds a Customer Master Database. This is for vendors who track a lot of information about their clients and also want to integrate a sales tracking system.
